Building #1 will have six units. Building #2 will have five units. Building #3 will have six units, and Building #4 will have six units. That's a total of 23 units.
We designed the buildings to face all different directions, so, if you feel strongly about which direction you want to face, we can accommodate you.
All units have three bedrooms, two and half baths, and have an extra flex room on the ground (lower) floor.
All units have a back patio, and some will have some green space in the back as well.
We have anticipated that someone may want or need to put in a residential elevator, and we can accommodate that in the floor plan.
The six units in Building #4 will have an extra back door that opens to the flex room. This makes it easy to have a home office and why we refer to these specific units as live/work townhomes.
The townhomes in Building #4 also have a front driveway to make it easy for clients to come and go if you run a business out of your home.
